Beautiful spacious split level home in quiet neighborhood of Raintree. Large open kitchen and living room perfect for large family or group gatherings. Private secluded side patio and spacious backyard. House is 6 miles from Texas Tech University, 7 miles from LCU, 14 miles from Lubbock International airport and a short walk from Charles Guy Park. Conveniently off loop 289 with quick access to I27. Lubbock also has a large variety of restaurants from casual to fine dining all close to this home. This home is the perfect space for family reunions, girls weekend, alum/families/friends traveling to Texas Tech games and to both Texas Tech and Lubbock Christian graduations.

Home definitely met the needs for my family and I. Very spacious. Very responsive whenever we needed anything. Could definitely use new pots and pans and new set of knives. Other than that we look forward to staying here again!!!!

Perfect for a family stay
Even though we didn't use the property for a family stay, I will definitely look to rent the property again when I bring my family to visit the campus. Close to shops and restaurants in a nice clean, safe neighborhood.
