First the front desk staff tried to pull a stunt and give us a room with only a chair, not the sofa pictured in the room that I picked. I returned to the front desk and had to have this corrected - shame on you! The luggage rack was broken - we asked for a replacement, but it took so long we cancelled the request. We asked for champagne glasses, but they cannot accommodate this and were told there are two water glasses in the room we can use - there was only one glass - OK forget it. Only one hand towel was inconvenient but fine. I have given rave restaurant reviews on Yelp in the past but not this time - the food was just OK, not amazing like previous visits. The front desk wasn't very friendly and trying to push some terrible room on us at the onset really set the mood. We will check out shore in February. Sorry Pierside - whomp whomp.

nice hotel. when we first arrive nice man on the front desk said that if we need late checkout just ask him. we had two rooms. needed checkout till three oclock. then later we asked and one man with bad mood said that its no possiblity. iif you pay 50€ pet hour you can have. later one lady told that you can stay one more hour. next time we dont go to this hotel, dont like if receptionists are rude.
