Roof leaks were handled by trash cans used for drips two places that I observed. My wife and I were awakened four times the first night by a heavy footed insomniac on the third floor...complained at the front desk in the morning and they moved us tobthe third floor. Will avoid booking again unless we get a top floor guaranteed in advance. Otherwise a great stay.

It was Ok, not great but fine. We tried to move one bed because we had a baby with us and seemed like they do not clean under it for months. They do not have housekeeping, but would take away your trash and change towels.

Room was clean but parking was very tight. I had called ahead to ask about parking there for a week while we were on a cruise, and the AI bot that answered said it wasn't sure, but it could check the rules and came back with 'yes, we could park for a week'. When we finally arrived at the hotel the front desk informed us that we could not, and we had to get parking elsewhere for $140.
