Had a great time. Drinks are a bit pricey on the bar but it’s CALI. We road their bikes and walked to the nearby stores. Great location!! Clean room and staff was very helpful and kind. There was a desk associate she was a fair skin I think she had locs in her hair anyway she was really nice hate I can’t remember her name. Ava I think was the name of our waitress for breakfasts and she was accommodating and friendly. There was a dark skinned fellow who worked the desk to help us rent out the bikes. Younger skin fellow. He was very helpful as well. Thanks everyone for a great stay. Rooms were clean food was good and we had to get up early morning for our flight and the night person was up and cleaning the main area doing her job visibly. I hate I can’t name any names but I’m sure their work doesn’t go unnoticed by management.

Good location to be able to walk to the pier or Venice beach. Rooms decent size and fairly clean (carpets stained in places) lacking plug points near the bed, balcony lights not working, make up mirror not working. Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Pool ok but small so can get crowded Not on par to Hyatt hotels normal standards.

My room wasn’t ready when I got there at 3:30, so I was told my valet parking would be comped. When I checked out, it was not taken off, I simply inquired about this at the desk and they took it off my bill. I was a bit shocked at the 300$ hold, that seemed excessive, but overall it was a very pleasant weekend and I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

The location is suboptimal - pretty far from the beach. Not much business nearby. The room is small, and no coffee machine and set in the room until we asked. I won’t come back again.

The complementary coffee is nice but the $7 kids hot chocolate is a bit ridiculous. You may think you’re getting a deal for your stay here, but parking is $64 a day. There’s no where else to park so you’re stuck. Then $40 a day “destination fee”… ridiculous.
