Always stay at Hotel Burbank when in LA. Waking distance to mall, movie theatre, top restaurants- love hotel vibe with football, cafe and outdoor pool, self serve laundry room is super convenient, Staff is helpful and nice, free airport shuttle is great, and I enjoy spacious suite with 1 bedroom comfortably fits a family of 3-4.

Luckily we just needed to sleep. I expected more. It's an older hotel they've tried to present as something high-end. I would have skipped the $28 parking fee if I knew that the parking is in a private parking lot (according to hotel staff) next door.

Great staff and costumer service. The room was clean, but had a very string musty smell. We complained the first night and someone came in to spray it but that only fixed it for a while.

The staff was great. The room left a lot to be desired. The air conditioner in the room smelled like dirty, wet laundry when it came on. The bathroom would get a funny smell when the door was closed and we determined it came from the drain of the bathtub. The blackout curtains had stuff all over them like they had never been clean. One of the elevators on our end of the hotel was broken and they allowed hotel staff that were doing work on other floors to use the unbroken elevator, which would cause a delay in people trying to go up and down floors.
