Clean facility, very friendly and kind staff.

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean grounds and lobby, fresh smelling and clean room. Very, very pleased with my experience. Would highly recommend!
Location: Shopping on Americana which is only about a mile walk. A great experience, friendly people, well lit and well traveled entertainment.
I had a great two night stay at the Hilton - the staff were all very friendly and courteous and helpful when I had questions about the city and transportation. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were beautiful. I sat by the pool for an hour during my stay and there were only 2-3 other people at the pool the entire time. It was nice and quiet and had a great view of the mountains. The room smelled fresh and clean and it was tidy. The temperature in the room was easy to control with the thermostat which was easy to use and the shower head provided great coverage and pressure. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable!!! So comfortable, that I took the time to pull the sheets up and snap a picture of the brand of mattress because I need a new mattress for my home and am going to see about purchasing the same brand of mattress (it's a Serta Perfect Sleeper, Hilton Collection). I was traveling alone and had hesitations about walking around the area after dark, however, in that area of town it was well traveled, clean, and mostly well lit. I felt safe (as safe as a girl by herself can feel) walking around well after dark.

The nicer side of Glendale. CA -- at the Hilton

When my wife and I travel in California or internationally, we prefer to stay at a Hilton Hotel. Usually at a convenient location in a particular city, always clean, staff are courteous and efficient, and food is highest quality. As a Hilton Honors member, we can get discounted rates and special privileges. Hilton is not responsible for rain or earthquakes. Ha!

Good location. Hotel was adequate.

Pros: Location. Room was adequate.
Hotel would not accept Hilton Honors number for parking or other expenses not prepaid through a third party. Probably won't book a Hilton or affiliate again. Parking system causes delays in and out of lot due to a poor system managed by hotel.

Our stay

Our experience at the hotel is pretty bad there was a lot of people making very much noise especially the room next to us security came up a few times to tell him to stop they kept slamming doors running through the halls yelling bad words my girlfriend didn't even want to come downstairs because of all the cops and all the fights and she complained the whole night about not being able to sleep because of the noise

Hotel is dated. Parts are undergoing remodel.

Asked for upper floor. Don't think 8 out of 17 qualifies. Very small bathroom sink area.

Convenience and value

Pros: Location was convenient, facilities were clean, well-maintained and quiet. The cost of parking was reasonable.
Location: Pasadena is a short drive and has a lot of options for shopping and dining. Within walking distance are some diners and gas stations for convenience.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and location of this hotel. I was able to book an exceptional deal through Travelocity and had set my expections low, but didn't need to. I have spent a lot more to stay in rooms that were of a far lesser quality. I was looking for a place to stay during a quick trip to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, and this worked beautifully. The room I stayed in was in great condition, very clean, and even though it was located near the elevators and a service closet, it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient. This was a great place to stay and I will be back again on my next trip.

Great experience

Pros: Bedding, linens, cleanliness, breakfast buffet.
Cons: Refrigerator in room!! Include free parking on site
Location: Americana and Galleria are about 2 miles away and across the street from each other. Park at the Galleria, its free and walk across the street.
Staff were awesome from check in to servers to parking attendants. The breakfast buffet was awesome! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The towels were incredibly soft!! My only complaints were that I have never stayed in a hotel that nice that didn't have a refrigerator in the room!! I had a few things that needed refrigeration that had to be thrown away. Also parking should be included with your reservation, not $9 bucks a day!! Those things alone will keep me from booking there again.

Nice hotel Comfortable beds!

Pros: Comfortable bed, Breakfast Buffet, Friendly staff, The view
Cons: Not charging so much for parking per night.
Location: I was there for such a short time only to visit Six Flags which was an easy 35 minute drive.
I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. The lobby is very nice and clean! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was on the 18th floor with a city view that over looked the mountains which I enjoyed! My king bed that looked brand new, was extremely comfortable and there was a coffee maker and water bottles left in the room which was a nice surprise :) I was there for such a short time I never got a chance to check out the pool area but from the pictures it looked nice. My absolute favorite part was the free breakfast buffet that was included with my room. The food was AMAZING and the waiting staff in the diner were extremely nice, prompt, and helpful. My orange juice glass was always full without me even having to ask. My only complaint was the $19 per day parking. I feel like the amount I paid for my room per night should have included my parking because $19 is a lot of money just to park my car for 6 hours while I slept. But other then that I had a great experience and would for sure stay again!
