Clean property, kind and courteous staff, quick check in process, great amenities, loved that TGIF restaurant is inside hotel lobby, conveniently located near Dolby theater, valet parking was little understaffed and took 15 mins in a small parking lot that is off a busy road. My stay was amazing! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The TGI Friday’s in the lobby came in so clutch! We were 10 mins walking distance from everything we wanted to do on Hollywood Blvd. Can’t beat it! Will definitely stay again and recommend family/friends stay here as well.

Check in was fine including a late 1pm checkout was good The pool and hot tub would be good if there we’re changing rooms which there is not The place needs a face lift and some maintenance The biggest issue is places to eat if you don’t have a car They have Thank God it’s Friday inside the hotel except the service is bad the food is not made to order and since there is nowhere else to go I won’t stay there again
