restaurant employees are excellent, desk staff was rude and management is fine with it! our room smoke detector was covered with plastic, so when we reported it the maintenance person blamed us instead of just fixing it, where is the Qa to ensure rooms are safe! local management doesn’t care sbout customers service at all! checking in 25 minutes early means an extra $25 a night!

I reserved a balcony room. No where in the description was that it was a shared balcony. The first night our AC didn’t work. I attempted to call the desk but the phone didn’t work either. I went down to the desk and they told me that there was no one able to fix it until the am. Mind you it was hot in our room but we couldn’t open the patio doors. Ohhh I got 2 breakfast buffets 😒. Next morning at 10am I went to the front desk again and they were “unaware” of the problem!! No communication whatsoever.
