A warmly furnished, large Historical 1930s Spanish/Art Deco historical unit conveniently located to the best L.A has to offer. Museum Row, Farmers market, Beverly Hills, Movie Studios , Corporate offices and Hospitals. Enjoy ocean breezes by opening your windows, sitting on the balcony or driving 20 minutes to Venice or Santa Monica beaches. Close to everything and yet you'll feel like you're in another world.
Living room, dining room, office, loaded kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room, two large bedrooms, plenty of closet space and a beautiful original art deco bathroom, all very charming. The unit has all that you need to be happy and a people loving hostess that will make you feel very welcomed.
