Absolutely horrible! I had to evacuate because of Hurricane Ian. I drove five and a half hours for a trio that should have only taken me two hours. My room was very disappointing. The first thing was when I opened the refrigerator to place a couple of items in it, a cockroach scurried out of the bottom shelf. The room was in extreme disrepair. The door to the bathroom had chipped paint and the floor did not look clean. Additionally, there seemed to be an issue with the toilet as though it was not securely bolted down. The storm decided to come to Kissimmee and it rained ferociously. In the evening water was seeping in and I had to put towels at the bottom of the door to try and prevent additional water from coming in. The door to the room was also in disrepair, because when I got up in the morning, I put my feet down into a very substantial amount of water that seemed to have seeped in my room overnight. I had to use all my towels to attempt to take up the water. Fortunately, I was able to flag down a member of the housekeeping staff who was very kind and apologetic, and promptly cleaned the water off the floor. Another issue I had was that the TV remote stopped working and I was unable to operate the TV. This property is in SERIOUS DISREPAIR!!! Another thing that made my stay less than pleasant was the fact that the access to the ice maker is closed after 21:00. I will not be back! Zero Stars! Very misleading pictures online. I will file a complaint.

Cons: Everything Do not lie to the customers about your facilities
The room was not clean , is not a 4 star hotel as advertised Air conditioner was very loud , only one towel for a room with 3 people

Awful

Checked in went to our room and it was awful. Smelled terrible there was a huge hole on the bottom of the door that anything could get in and just dirty. Went to eat came back and checked out. Would have never been able to sleep there comfortably. I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Horrible Horrible "Hotel"

Hairs on the bed, 2 towels offered for family of 4, toilet seat was cracked, tub was cracked, roaches in the room, rude staff...just horrible.

Not a four star

Pros: The staff and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The pillows are terrible. Cheap, thin and budget. NeEd at least two per person.
Had a great trip to Sevilla Inn but good thing I wasn't looking for the advertised 4 star hotel. It is a budget hotel and meets all your basic needs. It was advertised as a 4 star at a higher rate but in reality the $50.00 per night was adequate. The breakfast is toast, coffee, some cereal which again met our needs. The room was clean but smelled like mold which I think was the air conditioner. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but the pool was clean. The family run staff was very accommodating. This hotel would need an upgrade to meet a 3 star rating. Overall if you're looking for a budget hotel this will serve your needs.
