The room is small. It has a nice kitchenette. The be was not as comfortable as I like. I initially had issues getting into my room and the help numbers are posted and they were very helpful. My major issue was parking. I was lucky the night I arrived. The second night I parked a block away. It is an issue for the area and is listed in the description.

Smaller than your average shoebox

We were in room number seven at the end of the hallway that had a lock door call the hotel has no designated parking so we had to park on the road in the not so great area of Key West. The room was very very small. The shower and the toilet are separated by a curtain similar to a sailboat. It should at no given time be over $100 to stay in this room because of the lack of space and comfort.

The condo was nice for the price but the bed was advertised as a queen size and it was actually a full/double size bed which was a big difference in my situation.

Property was clean,pool wasn't usable.took 2 hours to wash one load of laundry.room was super small.the bath room didn't have a shower stall but the whole bathroom was just one room so if you weren't careful everything got wet.there were little ants everywhere.just to small for 2 people.we left a day early.

Bait and Switch with NO Service

In a Very Sketchy part of town, where a block away a scrapper is tearing down metal in his yard and the tenements are a block the other way, An OLD home converted into 10 charming TINY apartments is already suffering from a lack of maintenance. With No onsite management, my CALL WAS # 11 in line at Vacasa, the actual management company, when I tried to find out why there were people in Coral Cove. Turns out our $168 Coral Cove bungalow was changed to Corey’s Corner for $217 as they subtly moved us from the big unit #1 by the still under construction pool to #10 up two flights of stairs (I’m 70 years old today). THERE IS NO ELEVATOR as advertised on Hotels.com Corey’s Corner is a cruise ship size room with a bath which is really a large shower stall that has been upgraded to a bathroom by adding a toilet and sink inside. No, seriously! They should take down the picture of a big, white, elegant hotel in the pictures on Hotels.com, and every address listing stating #1 should reflect the actual room you are getting of simply left off. I get a lot of spam and I never thought to open an email from Vacasa talking about Galleria. The listing on Hotel.com should say Vacasa or Galleria. Using their best room, Coral Cove, on Hotels.com is misleading. All the correspondence from Hotels.com says Coral Cove.

Place was not in a great area of Key West, pool under concstruction, hair dryer broken bed lumpy. Two weird doors in bathroom leading to other units were uncomfortable. Best thing was it was very clean. Owners still working on remodeling.

Aka Galleria. Terrible place!

It’s not called Coral Cove! It’s called Galleria. Terrible place. Do not be fooled by the low price and pretty pictures. It’s near the ghetto of Key west. Tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. It smelled like fruit loops. No joke. No daily housekeeping service. Under renovation the entire time. Loud elective saw and hammering in the mornings outside our room. No where to park. No water in pool. Guests could not access their rooms with their codes easily. Bathroom was a joke. Water from shower was all over floor since draining was so poor.

The size of room is not properly represented, it's way too small.Mattress is completely wore out and you roll to the middle of the bed. The bed is wedged in between two walls and you have to crawl in from the end to go to bed. There is a switch at the head of the bed which you would think is for the light,but it's not. It runs the air conditioner! Bathroom sink is too small to use easily because medicine cabinet hangs over it too low. When we had a shower the water ran out to main area because floor is slanted away from drain. We had to use all available towels to sop up the mess. So hung up towels luckily as we didn't receive maid service. Exterior of building was under construction and weren't able to use BBQ or common area as promoted in online info. We have emailed them and received no response. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The "suite" was incredibly small - one room with a bed, table and small kitchenette crammed in. There was barely enough room for 2 people to be in the room together! The bathroom was so small that the shower made the entire bathroom soaking wet with any use, causing a fall hazard. The air conditioner was so loud that it kept me awake all night. NOT a good experience!

Avoid until they fix

The photos of the outside show a pool and outside porch like sitting area. The pool is dug up, not filled, and has sitting brown water in it. The porch is closed on one side due damage to the deck and unusable on the other due to chairs that would ruin ones clothing. There are signs around the property thanking guests for patience during repairs. However in the numerous messages from the management company there was no mention of this. Nor was there a mention in the description of the property. The interior is quite dated, but that was apparent in the photos. What was not aparent was the nearly four inch crater in the middle of the bed. The shower is a bit tricky as a curtain divides the bathroom, but there is no shower basin so the entire bathroom floor gets wet when showering. The complex’s proximity to Duval Street is quite convenient. However, if you plan on coming back after dark, the complex is a quarter block away from a large public housing complex. We didn’t feel unsafe at any time. But guest should know this. Finally, there is the management company Vacasa. There were numerous email I received form Vacasa after my reservation. After deleting the first few as spam, I finally realized this was from the property management company. It struck me as odd that the residence was secondary to the branding and messaging of the management company. It was also odd that in the numerous emails, there was no mention of the major construction.
