"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"

"One thing we did not like was that several guests were smoking in and around the pool area. There were many families, including ours, with children using the pool, and the cigarette smoke made it unpleasant. We also noticed there were no “No Smoking” signs posted around the pool. We hope the hotel will consider making the pool area smoke-free or at least enforcing a designated smoking area away from families and children."

"Disappointing that the breakfasts were not included as per their website. Found upon arrival that you had to be staying in the "Guest House" to get the free breakfast. $65.00 per day resort fees seems exorbitant as did the $50.00 per night to park our golf cart. Had a ceiling fan malfunction that we had to address with the front desk four different times. Hotel was nice but these issues would give us pause to stay there ever again."
