Everything about Sun Palace is amazing. This was our third visit, and we brought friends. We love having the ability to visit other Palace Resorts during our stay. The room service food stands out to me. It was just as good as the food in the restaurants. We are definitely looking forward to our 4th visit!!

My friends and i were sitting down at the pool area. There is only one waiter for the area near the quiet pool and above by the luxury area. So our drinks took forever. The pool area with the music there was absolutely not place to sit because all the other people who have places there get priority over people who vacationing. Not right!

As someone with OCD let me say, this place was clean, always attentive with members and non members . The attention to detail is amazing and all the pools were fun! Shout out to Jonathan, Jesus, Monica at the pool party for keeping it entertaining and doing yoga and pool Pilates for beginners! Silvio was our pool bartender and he was amazing! Jesus at Aurora was so knowledgeable about every dish! FYI the spa is awesome! Can’t wait for next vacation. Will definitely be going back!

5 night stay with a friend. Exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we got there til the moment we left, we were always greeted with smiles from all of the staff. The weather was perfect...the beach and pool area impeccable! Entertainment staff were the best! Nightly shows were surprisingly fun. Drinks were delicious and flowing...wait staff always made sure we had a drink in hand. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Restaurants all were very good! Make your reservations as soon as you get there...certain timeslots go fast. Check in and out were quick and seamless. Will definitely go there again!

Roach in our room. Limited food options, greasy, salty food. Left us bloated. Limited minibar snack options. No loungers on large balcony. Room service took 1 hour. Not a lot of activities at hotel… They are predators to new guests. They lie to get you to attend membership breakfast. Where the car salesman, get you drunk and sign you up for expensive vacation membership and refuse to let you out of the contract. Even when you try to cancel within allowable timeframe. Don’t fall for the money grabbing scam. The upgrade to Leblanc isn’t free, it’s built into your contract, if you try to cancel, that down payment is forfeited. The scam starts from the airport, just get your bags and walk straight out to your car service. None of those people in the passage way have your best interest in mind. They work for the vacation membership groups!

This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. The peoperty wasnt overly large and expansive, so this created an atmosphere that was conducive for meeting rhe same people day after day and making friends. The food was excellent, however I think the options at the Fuego restaurant could have been better. Would definitely go back to this resort.

My 3 night stay was one of the best experiences ever,we were treated like royalty,every member of staff was courteous and respectful and the food was awesome especially the snacks.For entertainment more indoor games like chess,ping pong could be introduced for guests to while away time during the day if one is not in the mood to lie by the pool or beach.Overall this is a wonderful resort and we’ll definitely be back.They also gave us a free upgrade because of our VIP acess

Exceptional service from staff, very good food, especially from all day dining in Aurora. Clean a well functioning room. Decent sound insulation. Thing to notice - very soft mattress. Still rather comfortable sleep. One thing to be aware of is that in frint of the hotel the entrance to the water can be troublesome in a presence of even small waves. The safe bay is some 15 minutes walk along the beach.

Second stay

Our second time at Sun Palace. Love the food and service. Friendly staff everywhere. Gorgeous sunrise view. Extremely clean and well maintained. Entertainment staff were all fun.
