I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The service was A+. Our room was cleaned every other day. It was stylish. The only thing of note is having to go to other hotels for certain amenities.

The Romer House Waikiki has everything needed for a great stay! It's walkable to the beach, all of Waikiki's bars and restaurants, and wonderful shopping. For those wishing for less hoopla and quieter time, The Romer House features a wonderful izakaya style restaurant and daily activities for guests on site.

Everyone was really nice but Joseph at the front desk was exceptional. He would be one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Overall great hotel. Close to shops, food and the beach. If you have a rental car, use valet it's worth it.

Location was very convenient, everything was just a walk away; staff was friendly. A/C unit was pretty noisy despite having the hotel looked into it once. TV was oddly adjacent to the bed and channels/casting was finicky.

This property is adults only. Gerald at the front desk was very courteous, professional and kindly upgraded us to a Luxe room, affording us more space and comfort. Gerald also explained the three credits available to us through Beach Candy (beach chairs, unbrella, SUPs etc.) next to their sister property, Twin Fin, opposite Waikiki Beach. The heated pool and bar on the second floor is a nice amenity.

The room was so small it was like living in a Closet. The TV only worked half the time of our stay. The Valet parking charge is too much at $55 a day. No shower door. Will not stay here again.

Great Hotel in a great location....all the main areas of Honolulu are walkable. If I had only one compliant is the resort fee, there are no real amenities outside the pool.

I should have checked the amenities list,but never thought a nice hotel would not have microwave ovens and they don't plan on ever having them. Room service for cleaning was available every other day. I was there 6 days and my room was cleaned once. No coffee maker,just an electric kettle with coffee pods. Only 2 "regular"electrical outlets in room, the one in bathroom didn't work.

we all loved our stay at this hotel!! it was so close to everything and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful and sweet. the room was very clean and they had beach towels for us to use as well as free bike rentals among many other things. definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The live dj at night was really awesome and created a really awesome vibe. The pool and bar are great and pool is warm. Refillable water station near elevator is bonus too
