Great place centrally located near so many things in Waikiki. It was great to have free parking, beach chairs umbrella, and ice chest. Beautiful view. Very comfortable for two. They also provided snorkel equipment. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Pool was under construction so that would be even nicer.

We booked the Banyan for almost a two week stay on Oahu and were extremely pleased with the location, the room, and the service. The location is just a couple blocks from the beach (less than 5 minutes on foot), with amazing views of Waikiki beach and the area. Views also included the Honolulu Zoo and Diamond Head. The free parking garage that’s included in this property is perfect. We estimated it saved us several hundred dollars in parking if we’d stayed at a location that offered only street parking. It was close enough to the beach without being right in the middle of all the chaos. The unit had a full kitchen, which came in super handy, as did the private patio. Daily breakfast our own little spot really gave us a great start to each day, offering much less hassle than having to go out into traffic to find a breakfast spot. Hawaii Kai and Hanauma bay are a short drive (15-20 minutes), roughly the same distance to the airport. Amenities in the room were great. The bed was comfy, and it was really nice having a separate living area from the bedroom.

Great location

This condo is in a great Waikiki location with walking distance to many things to do. The staff is very friendly and the property is kept nice and clean. They seem to be working on some improvements and the hot tub jets weren’t working the last two days of our stay. We did have an emergency alarm go off early one morning with an all clear a couple minutes later. All in all I would recommend staying here since the condo was a lot better than staying in a hotel if you like to cook a few meals to save some money. They even have some nice grills available to use.

Great condo in Waikiki Banyan

My husband and I had a great week here. The condo is located in the Waikiki Banyan building in Tower Two. The unit had a king size bed which slept very well. The shower was a little old but worked as expected. Very thankful for air conditioning! Walking distance to most anything and about 35 minutes from the airport. Our property management was Midway Vacations and they were prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay. The building itself is older, so my only complaint was the musty hallways in the building, but that had nothing to do with our unit. A great stay overall!

Perfect stay in Waikiki

The unit was perfectly posited with views of the ocean and Diamond Head. Lots of natural light and plenty of windows to get the benefits of the breeze outside. The apartment was exactly as shown in the marketing images. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit to Hawaii.

Super easy check-in process, parking included

We arrived late in the evening, so having an easy check in process was great. Door has a keypad, so we didn't have to worry about keys to the unit. Includes one parking pass, which was very convenient. Parking is not assigned but there were always spots open on the upper floors. Mainlanders may find the structure tight but it's really a decent size structure for Waikiki. Only thing that could have been better was the sofa bed. It worked fine for our 3yr old, but it definitely needs to be upgraded. It sinks towards the top and would not be comfortable for an adult.

One thing after another

I had no drawers in which to put my clothes in. Only the nightstands. And on my side, the drawers do not work. I called to have somebody fix them. They close the doors but they did not work still. My mother got in. She had bugs in her place. She’s 80 years old. It’s hard for her to move around then a fire drill went off in the middle of the night and it was hard for her to move. Addition to that the water went off twice so we couldn’t flush our toilets or take showers goodbye Banyan Hotel. I will never be back

Excellent Property and Location

The unit was clean and has an awesome view of Waikiki. I was able to work remotely in this unit without any issues and having access to so many good restaurants and activities just a walk away was great. For those that are interested, there are bike rental stations just outside the property (called Biki) that you can use to bike around Waikiki in case you don’t want to drive and deal with parking. I thoroughly enjoyed using the bike stations since they’re all over the place in Honolulu and found it to be one of the more convenient ways to get around. That said, the room and the property itself were excellent, would have no issues booking this unit again.

Great little apartment close to the beach.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience and the apartment was accurate to the listing. Very easy walk to all restaurants and shops. In and out parking was great, but the wait to get into the garage can be a bit annoying after a long day (due to availability to public parking) Bed and pull out were comfortable, although the air conditioning is very loud when running. There is only one unit in the apartment located in living room so if the sliding doors in bedroom are cold it’s hard to maintain similar levels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Parking garage difficulties

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were great. Getting into parking garage was very slow most nights. They have public parking and these customers slow the whole process down causing backups. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommend this unit even with the slow parking.
