The best thing was the 10th floor balcony sense the rooms dont have any. Also a kitchen was a plus. Theres no phones in the room to call for anything, u have to go down and ask plus they wont give you towels with out exchanging them. No clean sheets on ur stay we were told. The pigens on are window woke us up early every morning. A table chair was broke are blow dryer was broke, the ceiling fan light was broke.I can go on and on. Would i stay there again? No way. Its old and patched up to look presentable. I took pictures ill try to add.

As explained at check-in, we exchange out towels and linens upon request and do not service rooms during your stay due to COVID-19. We are sorry that the pigeons woke you up early every morning and that there were broken items in your room. This hotel is in an amazing location! Walking from Waikiki beach across from the zoo and has a rooftop area with an amazing view of Diamond head and Waikiki beach! Limited parking was the only problem we just parked on a side road near hotel very easy.

The lobby seemed like the only thing presentable about the resort/hotel. Rooms seemed outdated and in need of major upgrades and repairs. Room cleaning were not done daily, that you needed to request for the room to be cleaned at the lobby. Limited amenities like towel replacements, etc. The picture seen on their website is way overrated. So sad.

Infested with bugs. I asked for room to be cleaned, and it never happened. I have “souvenirs” bites all over arms legs torso.

The only good things are its location, and sun roof view. :) It's a run-down condo complex, and rooms are a hit and miss, depending on the condo owner. Many rooms require extensive repair, and upgrade. They should not be rented out until it's done! :( But they still pushing them on unsuspecting vacationers! :( The staff is a hit and miss too, and not very well organized. I contacted Hotel ahead of time to ask for higher floor, and reserve parking, got e-mail confirmation, but they didn't have my reservation. They gave the last parking spot in terrible location. And the 1st room (#400) was horrible. I had to ask for another one, and luckily I was able to switch the room. I'll never stay up there again, too many chances to ruin your vacation because of terrible accommodations. :(

Front desk clerk Roxy very pleasant and hospitable. Check-in went smooth except rooms were not ready at check-in time. Waited over an hour for our rooms to be done, but when it was finally done it wasn’t clean. Floors still had guck and very sticky. No wash cloths and no cover on bed besides sheets. Manager apologized for the wait for the rooms and accommodated, but still left a bit of uncertainty. Don’t know if I will be staying at that location again.

Filthy carpets, peeling paint, doors wouldnt close all the way, air conditoning on 1/16 of the room the room was like a sauna for hours until night fell and cooled of, needed extra towels and pillows, requested never delivered, guest have to take out the trash and no room service until you check out. no phone, front desk people were ok.

The hotel was fine. It was so close to the beach which we loved and definitely utilized! But the room it self wasn’t very clean. Out of our week stay, they only replaced our towels once and didn’t clean anything else. The way it was set up was neat. It felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel.

Hotel nightmare

The room at the hotel wasn't clean at all it had urine on the toilet. The balcony door doesn't lock it was broken. I paid extra for house keeping which I didn't get. I had to take out my own trash daily. The bed and sheets were very old and had stains on them. My television didn't work, but finally they fixed it on my third day, but I had only one channel that works.
