The carpart has cigarette burns and looks dirty we wore our shoes The icemaker and water in ref was not working in the freezer the ice maker was in parts and on two shelves. The beds and linens were clean but the beds were very hard/firm. The light over the toilet area in backbathroom did not work. The area to the Biltmore was fast and easy. Many food choices near by. It served our short trip. The pool was also not open."
