Inside, the cottage has been recently renovated with new carpet and furniture, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The open floor plan provides plenty of space to relax, including a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The two bedrooms are both newly furnished, with private bathrooms and plenty of storage space. After a day of exploring Gatlinburg, come home and unwind in the brand-new hot tub, surrounded by fresh mountain air. Overall, this Gatlinburg cottage is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with its modern updates and central location. It was nice to open the door to a clean fully furnished house. Location is just off the Main Street to the strip or you could bypass the traffic if you wanted to. We were surprised to learn that October is one of the busiest in Gatlinburg with the nice temps and turning leaves. Full appliances available.

Cozy little cottage
We were impressed with the modern updates and cleanliness. The hot tub was very nice. The beds were great once we realized we each needed opposite mattress firmness! One is super soft and the other is firm. The first night wreaked havoc on both our bodies, but then we checked and realized they were not the same mattresses, so we switched rooms and all was right in the world again! Do be sure to bring a few laundry pods with you so you don't have to purchase a whole bag at a local store. The towels are a bit small even for my tiny roommate, so we purchased bigger towels at Walgreens. Communication with the rental company went well. Kitchen is well stocked. There were a few games available that were disguised like books (very clever from a deco standpoint). Close enough to the strip, but also far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. Love that the river/stream was nearby and we could hear the water rushing through. Would definitely stay here again! PS- bring your own biscuits and gravy ;-)

Excellent stay. One of the nicest (and cleanest) houses we have experienced on vacation. Owners were extremely responsive and friendly. Location was fantastic for both downtown Gatlinburg adventures and nature adventures (waterfalls, hikes). Will use this property again. Highly recommend.

Biscuits & Gravy had everything we were looking for in the perfect location. Everything was clean and ready, beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind at night. I also appreciated the extra blankets and towels and the games and the TV channels/options. The hosts were great with communication and suggestions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
