The carpets are filthy, and the shower has mold and cracking in the caulking. The breakfast was so unappetizing I didn’t eat it. We were woken up at midnight by the fire alarms and had to evacuate the building in the cold until the fire dept came. Because somebody was in there smoking. Was staying here for work. Will not stay here again.

Great customer service and good quality hotel. Room was great. I deducted a point ad the breakfast food was not that great and the sink in my room was clogged. They're going thru new management so I understand the hotel wouldn't be perfect, but the hotel and customer service was excellent overall. I would stay again. Location was good too.

Overall my stay was pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful, however, when taking a shower the first night, I was in standing water and I made sure that the tub was unplugged. Thankfully, my husband fixed it. Also, when flushing the toilet it did not flush all the way, we had to flush 2-3 times.

Horrible, the hotel is placed in a great loc just a horrible place. Staff members are not helpful. Hotel is old and also there was a lady that goes by Vanessa Colvin that basically robbed me of my $150 deposit and placed on DNR all because of an argument me and my partner had. Lied about the situation and will now be sued. Worst hotel in Fayetteville

The hotel is remodeling, which is good. I have stayed here a couple of times and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the current modernization of the hotel furniture. My biggest complaint are the chairs on the fourth floor, they need to be thrown out immediately. They are horrible, please remove all the desk chairs that are extremely worn.
