Stand-alone 2 bed, 2 bath guest house on large property with 2 private decks and small outdoor space in Katama, main house is not rented. Excellent last- minute getaway to the Vineyard, well situated in Katama, approximately one mile from Edgartown Center and approximately 3 miles from South Beach, short bike ride to Morning Glory Farm. Full kitchen, 2 full baths, washer and dryer, two large decks to relax on after a day at the beach. Rental comes with all linens, beach chairs and WiFi.

Edgartown gem
We had an amazing stay at the guest house! The home itself was clean and cozy, well equipped with beach essentials. Back deck is awesome. Location is excellent, we rented E-bikes and explored edgartown, south beach and Chappy. Very comfortable for four adults. Host was attentive and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!
