Elevator not working so was unable to transport luggage safely to vehicle parking garage was over. Full car was blocked in so it was unable to leave at will. The restaurant is very poor quality. The food is very plain and very expensive for what you get.

The room had no heat and the TV did not work. They eventually fixed the issues, but they should have immediately offered us another room. I also fault them for not making sure that the room was ready for occupancy before assigning to a guest. It also took several calls to the front desk to get maintenance to the room.
