Very centrally located in Falmouth. Cute property rite on the water, this is our second stay and really enjoyed it. The only minor issue we had was our ac in the room didn’t seem to cool very well. We had it on the lowest setting but we had to open the window several times because it was very stuffy. But over all we had a great time and can’t wait to visit again.

Steps to the Beach

We have been to Falmouth Harbour many times, so it was a familiar site. Booking a ground floor room was absolutely necessary and "Harborside"sounded OK. Unfortunately, there are always cars and fishing boats parked/tied at the dock - not the view I hoped! 🙄 The staff was super helpful and tried to accommodate a room change. The hotel was fully booked. However, a beach – view ground room was available the next day! We were well satisfied and totally enjoyed sitting on the patio close to the beach - Only steps away!! Sliding glass door provided wonderful ocean view. A Nespresso unit was available but beware there is not a dish, spoon or glass. Frig and micro useful for takeout chill/reheat. Record player with Marley, Beatles records was an interesting retro touch, but could have used floor lamp for reading while sitting in chair! All in all, a terrific getaway and we will certainly return!

Beautiful, clean rooms with amazing ocean views. My only negative comments are the walls are very thin so you can hear all your neighbors, there aren’t any counters/space in the bathroom to keep any toiletries, and the blinds do not blackout the light so it’s very bright as soon as the sun is up! But overall very nice, I would stay here again.

Great bolt hole

A great little bolt hole right on the beach. Hotel, very clean and with microwave, fridge etc but no food facilities. However, Falmouth town was a 5 min drive away and had so many great places to eat and visit.

Beachfront Bliss in Falmouth!

We had an excellent stay at the tides! The location was perfect, right on a private beach with stunning views, and close to everything. It’s also pet-friendly, which made traveling with our furry baby so easy and enjoyable. The hotel was a great home base for exploring the area. We took day trips to Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket, and coming back to relax by the beach each evening was a real treat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway with convenient access to Cape Cod’s best spots!

A little hidden gem

What an adorable little spot. We arrived late and check in was super easy as our keys were in a lock box. The room was so tastefully decorated. We were greeted by little Cape Cod Carmels and water bottles which was a pleasant surprise. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had an air conditions. Very quiet and you can hear the water on the shores. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We booked here because it’s right by the beach and pets are allowed. We were impressed by how clean it is. They also provide a good amount of towels. There is TV, sink, fridge, microwave, record player, hair dryer, iron with board and coffee maker. They had a cool roof top where you can hang out. There were some cons but minor. The night light switch placement was weird. It was far from the bed so you’d have to get up to turn it off. The ocean and wind can be really loud at night. They don’t offer breakfast and no vending machine so you’d have to get food from outside. Other than that, it’s a pretty good place to stay. It’s close to woods hole and falmouth ferry. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

This place is adorable. So quaint and such a cute, relaxing, relatively isolated experience. The private beach is great and the views are beautiful. This property is probably not for someone who wants to be surrounded by night life, restaurants, and/or shops. It is across from the Falmouth Yacht Club and that's about all that is within walking distance, aside from the adorable neighborhood that is nearby. All team members on site were very nice.
