Initially we were concerned of the kack of view with our room but we decided the room was comfortable and clean so we stayed. The front staff was not super friendly but the breakfast made up for it. The waitestaff was awesome and so was the food.

There were three front desk employees during my stay and each were top notch in their customer service and friendliness. They were helpful in guiding me around, answering questions and helping me out when I locked myself out. I’ve stayed at other IHG hotels and this team is by far the best - platinum level service. The hotel itself is within walking distance from a Whole Foods, union station, CVS, Grocety store, bookstore, food, etc. the area near union station is full of homeless and drug users, but there were a lot of law enforcement officers walking around so I felt safe walking alone in the daytime - as a woman, I’m not sure I’d walk alone in the area after dark by myself.

The room was quite nice however spending $80 plus on parking for one night is totally rediculuous.

Very clean, nice hotel, restaurant on site was closed for remodeling but there’s so much around to choose from that it was fine. Overall I would definitely stay here again, short walk to Coors Field for the ballgame was nice.
