My husband and I recently stayed at the Greenwood Village Denver Tech Center in Denver, Colorado, during a brief one-night stopover on our travels. Our experience was a mixed bag, but overall, it served its purpose as a comfortable place to rest for the night. Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location is quite convenient, especially if you're passing through the Denver Tech Center area. It was easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Our room, while not perfect, was decently comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of driving. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained, which is always a relief when staying in a new place. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, the carpet in our room was in need of a deep cleaning. It had some visible stains and felt a bit sticky underfoot. While it didn't ruin our stay, it did leave a less-than-favorable impression. Another concern was the presence of homeless individuals in the area surrounding the hotel. While we understand this is a challenge faced by many urban areas, it did make us a bit uncomfortable when venturing outside. We were cautious, but we didn't encounter any issues during our short stay. One disappointment was the lack of breakfast in the morning, despite it being advertised on their website

The room was dirty nothing like the pictures posted, they were doing construction in the hall beside the room, staff wasn't congenial. Never go there again

Front desk staff was exceptional? We were there for 6 nights, and staff came to our room only 1 time. We got our own towels, toilet paper, coffee from front desk. Room was made up, but carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. Had a musty odor to it. Bathroom was tidy, but floor was dirty. I used a towel to mop it. Breakfast was bagels, toast, waffles, cereal. No decaf coffee.

This no longer a Best Western Plus, now called Greenwood Inn. Maintenancce was poor, starting with a malfunctioning credit card reader. Back door security lock disabled. Poor parking lot maintenance. TV reception was in and out. Breakfast was terrible. Waffles only thing available hot. No fruit. Yogurt was bulk in a tub in the tiny refrigerator. Will NOT stay here again.

The whole place was filthy. Our room was still dirty from previous occupants. Maids probably need to be retrained.

When we checked in to the hotel the guy who waitedon us acted like it was a big deal to stop talking to his friends to check us in. He was more worried about his friends and what they were going to bring him to eat that night. After he handed us the key to our room we didn't know our room number, we had to ask twice what it was.

Change made available to use washers and dryers. Went to front desk to schedule housekeeping which never arrived during our entire 6 night stay. We did get the towels we asked for.
