Denver getaway!

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful. A valet brought cookies to our room because we got back to the hotel after the "cookies and milk" had been put away.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower could have been better.
Location: Close to Union Station, easy to get there from the airport on the A Train, walking distance to 16th Street Mall, lots of restaurants nearby.
Great trip. The hotel location was within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. A short 72 hour trip was made to feel like a week long vacation.

Pros: Great location for downtown Denver.
Location: One block from the free bus that travels up and down the 16th St mall area.
Room was very comfortable although the street noise was quite noticeable. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, good downtown location.

Pros: Clean, contemporary, with some extra amenities like cookies in the evening, coffee and donuts in the morning.
Location: Nice downtown location, walking distance to a lot of very good restaurants, some shopping. Also short Uber rides to the cities sites.
It is under some remodeling but this didn't affect our experience..

Convenient and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel has a great location. It's very convenient. It is a lovely example of historic preservation and adaptive re-use.
Cons: I will go back in the fall to see the results of the renovation . A an architecture buff, I would have liked to see a rendering and/or floorplan.
Location: It's in the heart of downtown Denver, convenient to everything. I chose it because I was going to a game at Coors Field.
I did not realize that the lobby and main floor were being renovated. So things were a bit cramped and confusing. But the staff was great and I was warmly welcomed. I wish there had been a poster or signage showing what the space will look like when it's done. Perhaps even a floor plan. My room looked onto an interior court, which was rather boring, but it certainly was quiet. I though the room could have used a little more lighting and a little bit more decor. The new, large shower looked great, but you had to walk all the way in to turn on the water and then jump back until it got hot. While I don't think every room needs extensive ADA fixtures, at least one or two grab bars in the shower would have been nice. I was offered a glass of wine when I checked in, but I was hot and tired and that didn't appeal to me. But when I returned from the baseball game later in the evening I asked if I could have that wine and it really hit the spot.

Location: Right next to the 16th street mall, there was always something to do. Public transit was also easily accessible from the hotel
Great hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, and for the most part other guest were not loud and obnoxious. The hotel is in a great location for hoping on the public transit to explore the city, and they are near the 16th street mall which is a fun place to walk around and explore.
