This was one of the worst hotel stays of my life. I got charged more than I was supposed to pay for the whole stay at check in. I was told it was for pre-authorizing incidentals, but I was actually charged at 3x what the incidentals would be. The room had blood on the bathroom walls, 2 towels for 3 people, stains on the floor, pubic hairs and stains on bedsheets, and crabby staff. We had to ask 3 times for towels. The hair dryer was broken as was the top door lock. We had such a hard time getting necessities we were terrified to ask for a new room. I will never stay there again. The only positive thing I can say was the guy opening the door was super friendly. Everyone else acted like working there was awful and did not want to help you. And this review is coming from someone who stayed in a hostel in Russia.

I was traveling with family and we had 3 rooms booked. Upon arrival, we had to double park in the valet area, the valet is $25 per night. The front desk staff does double duty, so one of our vehicles didn't get parked for hours. The lobby area was beautiful, but the hotel feels old, the corridors are a combination of The Titanic and The Shining and the 60s Playboy theme is distasteful. The staff asked me to sign and initial my contract and was irritated that I was reading the document. I was never asked to provide an ID, and didn't ever take it out of my wallet. After receiving my old, used, scratched up keys, my daughter-in-law informed me that they had given her room away to "someone with the same name". Her credit card was charged for the room that was given away. The staff scrambled around to figure out how to fix the situation. My room looked nice but had filthy trash cans with no liners, stinky mold in the shower, no fitted sheets on the bed so when the bottom sheet slid off it revealed the nastiest mattress cover. Additionally, they only provided 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. My daughter and daughter-in-law were both given suites, but they weren't very clean, one smelled of smoke and didn't ever have hot water. In two of our rooms, the deadbolts didn't work, so we felt a bit unsafe. I honestly feel bad for the staff, the management is terrible. With a little TLC and staff training, the Warwick could be a wonderful place to stay.

If you’re thinking of staying at the Warwick.. DON’T. We went for a two night stay for a birthday trip.. a couple other family members got rooms as well. And let me tell you.. we ALL had problems with our stay. The staff members were rude (except for Nathaniel. He was the one good thing about that place). They add on about 150 in resort/amenity fees per night when you can hardly call that place a “resort”. First off they must’ve over sold our room so they gave us an upgrade.. however our upgraded room was not comfy.. Our room was dirty. The shower had hair and lint in it, the trash dispenser had sticky hair, a long strip of floss and a used Q-tip. None of the doors in the rooms closed properly if at all. Our dead bolt didn’t work on the main door. The remote for the bedroom didn’t work. Another family member who checked in with us had to wait another half hour before they could get to their room because they had checked someone else in who had used their name. They didn’t check the person’s ID to confirm if the person was actually the real room holder. Upon getting to their room their shower only put out cold water and their remotes didn’t work for their tv’s as well, they also got a room that smelled like cigarettes when the hotel claims they don’t allow people to smoke. Worst stay I’ve ever had in my life. Don’t let the hotel pictures fool you. It is nothing like that. Holiday Inn Express would’ve been a way better choice. And that says something

Very disappointed in a lot of things. The $75 per night deposit for a room that never received any housekeeping even after requested on multiple days. Had to wait til 11pm one night to take a shower because there were no towels available. The water for the shower stayed hot maybe 3 minutes. No one answers the phone when you call down except when I called the last night to say the vent on the wall randomly fell off and they stated someone would be up to fix it and never came. There’s only 3 elevators but not all 3 work. You have to wait for your car if you use the valet which is also $25 a day because the valet driver is also the maintenance man. The website was very deceiving. My experience in Colorado was amazing despite this hotel.

The room was nice; however, or balcony had random gates welded on to the railing. I paid for a room with a view. I wasn’t familiar with downtown Denver. We were about 12 minutes walking away from 16th street and larimer square. The one thing I didn’t care for about this property was that it was impossible speak with someone over the phone. If you don’t mind the walk then this place wasn’t bad. I personally would not stay again as it wasn’t conveniently located for two young women to walk around at night nor were we able to contact anyone for information.
