I would never recommend that anyone stays at this hotel. There are plenty of better places in the area. Full of homeless and drug addicts. Bad area. Bad service from hotel employees.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Hotel location is not ideal due to homeless shelter next door with a large amount of transient people walking all over. Hotel had security, and I never felt unsafe, however it is not ideal.

The property was clean and offered some nice facilities. However, its location next to a homeless shelter was concerning, as people were peeping into cars at night. Room service was not done properly, even after multiple requests. Additionally, staff member Blessyn Doyle was very rude, provided incorrect information, and treated guests unequally. When we escalated these issues to the manager, Robert, no action was taken. On a positive note, I would like to mention that a male staff member (whose name I did not get) was very helpful in fixing an issue, even when requested late in the evening.

Besides not having my suite ready until after 5pm, the hotel area is unsafe. It is surrounded by homeless zombies that wander the neighborhood streets. The ‘restaurant’ is extremely limited. Find another hotel. Do not stay here.
