Downtown Denver was dirtier than I expected. Homeless population and obvios untreated mental illness made you feel uneasy walking around after dark.

Great location, cute and clean rooms, very accommodating, super friendly staff. Maggie was amazing and had great customer service. If I had to find things to note about, fridge in room is a weird drawer that pulls out and really no space to fit anything or keep it cool. Drinks were room temp when we pulled them out. Shower leaked out the glass door if you didn’t turn nozzle towards the inner wall. Would be nice if they just covered the rooftop terrace area so you could take advantage of it during the cooler/colder months too. There’s a really nice outdoor fireplace out there already and could be a really cute option for guests year around. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again. Price was right and worth it for us.

Great stay and will stay again!

I had a great stay, the room was very nice and everything was so clean. The staff was very friendly and room service was really good! My only complaint would be the pillows are very flat, but that’s a personal choice.

We loved eating at Apple Blossom. We had the best servers you could ask for! They made our trip to be honest! We loved how friendly they were and how willing they were to share their favorite spots. We will be coming back for sure!

Everything was good but parking is terrible. For 3 days it’s 185. Also the parking company they use was horrendous be careful of them charging you extra fees.

The check-in and check-out process was seemless. The lobby and common areas were heated which was a blessing in that cold weather just outside the front doors. I lost my roomkeys which had my room number on the cardholder and was unsure where or when it happened. The front desk personnel assisted with no hesistation. I prefer to not have my room cleaned during my stay therefore i am unable to attest to the housekeeping department activities.

Nice clean hotel in downtown Denver

While I was only at the hotel for one night I will tell you it was a very nice room and really clean. Only thing I wish hotel had was more dining near the hotel open late at night since we got in around 11pm the hotel dining option was closed as were most of the areas dining options within walking distance.
