Patterson Inn is a stunning and welcoming inn. We enjoyed chatting with the owner over delicious cocktails in the tavern. The room was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was top notch the next morning! Would absolutely recommend!

Claw foot tub. Kind desk people. Good breakfast. Left on early flight and chef left coffee and muffins for me. Comfortable. Very quiet. Not a big box hotel with expensive parking. Parking at the Patterson Inn is free—nice small bar, 12 Spirits—in hotel. Nice company and conversation there and a great grilled cheese sandwich.

This property is so beautiful! I picked the Prague room and by far the best room in the house. We had breakfast and they accommodated my gluten intolerance and made the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back!!!!!!

Our stay at The Patterson Inn was wonderful! The staff was welcoming and very professional at every level. The adjacent pub, also owned by The Patterson, was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after our day at the Denver Art Museum. Had a great weekend stay with my sister. Stayed in the Cheshire room which was spacious. We arrived early (noon) and were just going to get a parking pass to park our car and then walk downtown until check-in time, but since the room was ready, they accommodated us checking in early. Staff were all very nice, including Brandon and Jake and their delicious breakfasts. Easy walk to museums and Civic Center Park. Would stay here again!

The property is truly charming, filled with character and history. We stayed in the Cheshire Room and, despite the building’s age, we didn’t experience anything haunted during our stay—just a peaceful and restful atmosphere! The beds were incredibly comfortable, which added to a great night’s sleep. Breakfast with the chef was a highlight; everything was made from scratch and crafted with love. For those with dust allergies, note that there isn’t an air filter, but the entire space was well-maintained. The owners clearly put a lot of pride and TLC into this location, and their warm, accommodating nature made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
