Nasty dirty bed linens, stains on bedding...daughter had to sleep on top of a blanket for 4 nights! Only thing they offered was some free snacks from the shop at checkout!! Unacceptable.

The staff did not clean our room or make the beds during a portion of the three night stay even after being asked multiple times. After making a complaint to management we were told someone would contact us to discuss a resolution. We checked out 3 days ago and have yet to be contacted.

Nice hotel in the city

This hotel is pretty nice. It has a really comforting lobby with a decent bar downstairs. It also has a nice lounge upstairs on the 27th floor. I wish they had more vegan options on the in room dining.

BEWARE OF THE $50 UNDISCLOSED VALET FEE

Pros: Rooms were nice
Cons: DISCLOSE THE VALET AND/OR PARKING FEES. $50 FOR A ONE TIME VALET IS DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL.
The rooms were nice. The staff was rather pleasant, but you can't check in till 4 pm, which is quite late. I was able to haggle one of the front desk reps to get us in a little earlier, but be weary of this appalling checkin time. My main issue with the Hyatt was their sneaky little $50 valet fee I found on my credit card after I came home. NONE of this was disclosed to us via Travelocity, front desk, or event the valet themself. This seems like horrible business etiquette and the reason I rated them like I did. On top of that, the front desk clerk was rude when I tried to ask her about the fee. Typical response was that it was posted on their site somewhere and they would have disclosed that fee to me if I had asked....lol. How do you ask about a fee that you're not aware of? Anyways, I filed a chargeback with my CC company and hope that they not only incur the reversal charge, but also the chargeback fee that comes along with it. I won't be staying with these guys again. Seems like they try and "nickel and dime" you to death.

Nice Hotel right at the Convention Center

Great facility. Great price. Right across the street from the Convention Center. The room was incredible. One of the nicest rooms I have had in a while. I chose the cheapest room they had and it was a palace. I don't know if they upgraded me because of a snafu but I was not going to argue. It didn't have a great view. Perhaps it is an all suite hotel. I don't know. Mine room was huge. It had a bedroom, living room and a full dining room and a large quasi-kitchen with dishes and implements. Sink, refrigerator and microwave. Two doors to the hallway. Very clean, updated, two flat screens. I'm staying there the next time I go to Denver whether I am visiting that part of town or not.
