Great location, staff are upbeat, helpful. The building is well kept. Sometimes we hoped the shuttle was running when it wasn’t (it doesn’t run on the weekend , when we needed to get to the light rail quickly— we walked, we were okay). This place made me realize I like Hyatt hotels. Comfortable, clean, mostly convenient.

Great stay!
The property looked amazing on the website, as we arrived & entered the building. Very impressed! The customer service was excellent. I actually expected the rooms to be nicer because the carpet in the rooms looked worn, no fan in the bathroom, no duvets on the bed... but I didn't lose sleep over any of that... it was the kids making noise next door, running in the halls & slamming doors. Anyway, breakfast was the most amazing we've had at a hotel & the ladies there were exceptional! Thank you Giel, you were a great host & we appreciate your kindness!

We had a situation that required a room change around 9:30pm. The staff were absolutely amazing trying to make the change as smooth and quickly as possible but they were running into computer issues. The change was absolutely necessary and was due to a hotel issue not a personal issue. It did take a bit longer than we would have liked but the staff was super apologetic and as helpful as they possibly could be. The change did create issues as far as our room keys not working because of the room change checkout and so forth. We did not receive and comp for the inconveniences (I also did not ask for any). I would return to this hotel because of the staff!

During a three day stay, twice - housecleaning started coming in the room, despite having the occupied tag on the door? Called for room service and let it ring for a very, very long time… No one answered; however, there were dirty room, service dishes sitting in my hallway for a day and a half. Had lunch at the restaurant, food was great, but I waited over 10 minutes for my bill not one single employee came around and wound up late for a meeting. Beautiful facility, gorgeous pool, sauna, a lot to work with, which is why it felt so disappointing.
