I had to ask 3 times to have my thermostat fixed. The "restaurant" on site is not really serving food. It's closed most of the time. The elavator button on my floor was broken - never got fixed while I was there. I asked for the cleaning of my room - never happened. There wasn't even a pen in my room, let alone other useful things.

The garden Hilton needed to be renovated. The guest service personnel weren’t that friendly. The rooms are OK and we had a nice stay

Many hidden fees was charged 40$ upon arrival for parking the is listed as free parking then I received a charge for 76$ at 3 am this morning not sure what the charge is for…i booked a room with a Mountain View and was supposed to have a sleeper sofa… there was one king size bed and we had a great view of the air conditioning system thats about all… very sad experience

You advertise this property as having a sunken tub in every single room and it has no sunken tubs and it was specifically why we picked this property. It wasn't their fault you just don't have it advertised correctly sucks
