The staff was professional and friendly. The condition of the building (elevator was out), broken tiles and cracks in walls of the bathroom. Breakfast options were the same every day and rather bland.

Good Value and Great Service

Good value. The service here is excellent, the breakfast is decent, my room smells good (big deal to me) and the bed is very comfortable. I had a bit of an issue with a noisy/slow filling toilet and the WiFi is kind of a pain because you have to keep re-connecting to it but for the price I think it's a good value!

the hotel room itself is ok…however there are obvious maintenance/upkeep issues here…the elevators don’t work and neither did the WIFI… the front desk person was less than friendly and for some reason this hotel charges $150 a night for “incidentals”….that is ridiculous, even the nicer hotels in downtown Denver only charge $50

Shaun at the front desk is awesome. While the hotel is showing its age and isn’t in the safest location: there are no bugs, the towels are clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was here 10 years ago and would stay again for the price. I hear the breakfasts are the best!

Not bad overall, good price and close to a lot of things in Denver. Elevator was down for maintenance and had a room on the third floor but that was the only inconvenience and even that was very minor. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. They hit their marks with those two things, would stay here again for future concerts

Stayed for a week my room was on the third floor. The elevator didn’t work at any point in time that I was there the room itself was relatively clean. However, the hand towel rack fell off the wall last day stairways were not as well kept breakfast was at or below average for an older facility that this one was Probably would not recommend staying at this facility again, unless it was heavily discounted

I stayed there for 8 days. Except for the clean bathroom and towels, the rest is terrible. from the moment you walk in, the carpet is extremely dirty, the elevator did not work and people were requesting refund, the pool is closed, the juice machine was broken for few days. the parking lot is in bad shape; ran out of shampoo and it did not get replaced until i put the bottle on the sink and ask for replacement. the coffee bags were never refilled until i asked, and so on. i still stayed there because i was on a budget and the bed and the bathroom towels were clean.
