Been trying to get a room charge dispute of $45 taken care of for over 2 weeks now from the property. Call the property multiple times also put in a complaint on the customer service website.Last email from was from the assistant manager saying I should received an updated folio and the credit on 11-4. Never received as of 11-9. Been trying to reach out with no response.There were other issues during my stay which I could’ve dealt with but now going on beyond two weeks makes me not want to stay at a courtyard ever again. I would give a better rating.

I only stayed for one night, and overall the environment was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I had an issue after check-out that left me quite disappointed. I reached out on 9/30 to ask if I had left behind my charging cable and charging adapter in the room. The staff said they would forward the message to the manager, but I never heard back. I followed up again on 10/6, and finally received a response on 10/10 saying they would connect with the AGM. As of today (10/17), there’s still been no update. Even though it may seem like a small issue, the lack of communication and follow-up made me feel like the hotel just didn’t care. For a well-known hotel chain, I expected a more responsible and guest-focused service experience.

Arrival was a little rocky. My card key was not working after two trips up to my room. Finally a second desk clerk was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. The room was remarkably quiet for the location (right on Colorado Blvd.)--and the bed was comfortable. There was a $16 parking fee in an expansive outdoor (1/4 full) parking lot that I think was excessive. One of the clerks said, "but this is cheap for Cherry Creek." Fact check---This hotel is three miles from Cherry Creek and although relatively convenient to most parts of the city, it's just plain old southeast Denver, and other nearby hotels (where I have stayed) do NOT charge for parking. This was an overreach! Hotel was fine. Nothing spectacular...it's fine.

Terrible service

I have a feather allergy, they were informed ahead of time. There were two feather pillows in the room. I went to the desk and they did housekeeping would bring me two polyfill pillows. I put the feather pillows in the hall. No one ever brought the right pillows and the next morning the pillows I placed in the hall were still where I put them.

This hotel nickel and dimes you on everything. Parking? Extra charge ($16 a night!!) If you use the mini fridge? Extra charge. Want breakfast? Extra charge. Fan in our bathroom didn't even work and the bed covers were like plastic. Completely overpriced at $159/night.

The lack of free parking was not disclosed at all on Expedia website and inadequately disclosed on the hotel website. No yogas mats in the gym, other guests and I were on the dirty carpet with little towels. And no free breakfast in contrast to Hyatt Place across the street. A huge disappointment
