Every hotel has a different amount set by management however you do get the funds back to your card if there are no damages or incidentals put on your reservation. Our room smelled like dog pee obviously from previous renter as we did not have a dog with us and the floor wasnt vacuumed. For $362 for 2 nights, I expected a cleaner room. We've stayed at BW plus and premier. Like the location of Premier but not sure if we'll stay there again. Depends on the cost.

The room with one King bed is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable.

I really liked the pool area. All rooms had a nalco y or patio area to sit out at the courtyard.

water leaking inside the room. staff wasn't friendly. order a king size bed turns out to be two queens bed and refuse to change.
