I love the embassy suites! This time the room was a diaster (no remotes for the TV, no turn table in the microwave, the air conditioner was locked at 60).

Terrible. The $50 valet fee is not optional but required. Felt hoodwinked from the outset with this. Then there was a dirty q tip on the floor, a shower that didn’t work, half the lightbulbs were burned out, the fridge was dead and to top it off there was a 12:30am fire alarm and the employees were having a giggle fest in the garage as the guests all evacuated. Noticed a months old ceiling leak with a bucket under it in the dining room growing black mold. To top it off the assistant desk manager couldn’t figure out how to sign us up for Hilton honors to give us points for the problems and claimed not to know about the leak literally 50 ft from the desk.

The initial check-in, hot breakfast and the breakfast staff are the only positive things I have to say about this property. Although we were on the 14th floor, the street noise could be clearly heard throughout the night... during the week and on weekends. No cleaning service offered during 5-day/4 night stay. The checkout experience was horrible. There was no way to verify hotel charges. Statement not left under door, account info not available on TV, and front desk unable to print statement. Was told that would "probably" receive statement via email but never did. Additionally, not given HH rewards credit and no statement to provide supporting evidence.

Dear Sandra, We apologize about some of the short comings during your stay, unfortunately we are still having some staffing issues when it comes to housekeeping, however we are still cleaning rooms based upon request. With that being said, that should have been communicated to you at check in and we will speak with the team about that as well. As far as your statement toward the end of your stay, we no longer slide statements under the room door as a part of Hilton paper-less program, emails are usually sent out to the email on file as soon as the guest check out, however by booking through a third party, we are unable to disclose your rate, (because we charge the third party) , and they usually do not add your HHONORS profile either. The only statement you will receive with us is incidentals. Room and tax will go through your third party site you had booked through. We apologize about the confusion there and will speak with my team about communicating these things better. We appreciate your feedback and we will discuss with the team on how we can do better!
