My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I was charged for valet parking even though I didn’t have a car, and no one asked or confirmed anything with me. They simply added the fee, and if I hadn’t checked my bill, I would have paid for a service I never used.
When I brought it up, they told me the charge would be refunded, so I left the hotel trusting that it would be resolved. It has been almost five days, and the refund still hasn’t been processed. I haven’t received any updates, any apologies, or even the document showing the charges that they said they would email me, even though I gave them my email address.
After leaving, I received an email saying they couldn’t process the refund and that I needed to fill out forms and paperwork for them to fix their own mistake. I completed everything, and still nothing has happened.
On top of that, check in took a very long time. There was a long line of guests waiting, and the process was slow and disorganized.
Overall, this stay caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and the lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
