The property was nice and the room was comfortable. We experienced just a few inconveniences: It took a very long time for the hot water to get to our room on the 20th floor, so much so that we thought the hot water was broken. Also, housekeeping came very late (after 430p), so we were never able to get our room refreshed because we had always just gotten back from a busy day when housekeeping came. The restaurant/bar was very nice, but the bartenders were not very attentive: one evening they came by to tell us that the kitchen was closing and even after I asked for a dessert menu so I could order something, the bartended never came back to us. The bar was not busy that evening.

The staff are great and you can walk to restaurants and shops. The negative is, the streets are LOUD and we were on the 21st floor and heard cars and sirens all through the night.
