Lacked ammenities despite being the same price as nicer hotels in the area. We were told there would be a grab and go breakfast for travelers leaving before 6am however when we were leaving there was absolutely nothing. Manager on duty simply saide “no one got the stuff for it” they did not even offer us juice. Staff was loud

Recently remodeled but they hadn’t painted any of the walls where they had removed different items and the chair was missing. But I guess for the price I can’t complain!

Too micro for me.

Would make a great place for small children to stay. Micro is the perfect word for it. Stubbed my toe twice on the bed frame (has wheels on it but can only possibly move it a couple inches in any direction. Shower is a box. There's nowhere to put your products, no shelving at all in the show. It's just a box.

This property’s customer service is horrible. We stayed so we could leave our vehicle using their extending parking, while we were away for a quick trip. Getting to the airport was easy, shuttle runs every 10 minutes. Getting back, you better be prepared to get an uber or taxi back as they only run one shuttle an hour. The shuttle was quickly filled with no room for at least a half a dozen people. When I contacted the motel to see if another shuttle would come, I was told to call an uber or wait another hour for the next shuttle.

Microtel was comfortable and close to the airport. No laundry facilities or pool. They offered use of laundry in their sister hotel but there was a long line. I went hotel to hotel to find a place to wash my laundry and was able to finally do it but it took forever.

Bed bugs and broken toilets

Rude receptionist (tells us to “cut the attitude” when we explain there should be a bug in our bed), rude manager (starts mansplaining how a toilet works when I asked for a room that will have a toilet that flushes consistently). We went to a different hotel at 10:30 pm after finding the bug in the bed. Don’t waste your money here
