The room had a strong scent of air freshener which made me think it was hiding a smell. We stayed 3 nights as the air fresher fade I got a hint of urine smell. Assuming that was what they were trying to hide.

The extra expenses of the property such as parking and 6 dollar water bottles in your room. As well as a plethora of broken items in the room refrigerator didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work. The ac would randomly switch from cool to heat in the middle of the night. The room smelled like a horse stall and the kicker the shampoo dispenser was broken as well. High price for a very low and poor quality stay. Would not recommend. Staff was very friendly though.

Overall great but.....things happen
I have stayed here about 3 times every time has been pretty good. But last time I just recently stayed about 2 days ago and unfortunately, they had a sewage smell and the water was off for about an hour. Things do happen but overall. I always had a pleasant day. And parking is ridiculous for the amount they charge.

Amazing place. Bonvoy WiFi blah.
Wonderful staff. Beautiful place. Great location. I will offer one bit of constructive criticism for all Marriot Bonvoys: Get better WiFi. Uploads take forever which stinks on a business trip and trying to watch Netflix, as provided on the in-room TV, was impossible due to buffering and poor WiFi speed. Let’s get into the 2020s. WiFi is vital.

Property was well maintained inside. Rooms clean & comfortable. Check in was easy. Parking is limited on property, but public parking garage just down the street for much cheaper. (Only stayed 1 night, their parking was $44 per day & we paid $7.00 at garage for overnight.) Also, rooms facing atrium are not tinted or reflective from outside so you can easily see into neighbors room if curtains not drawn. This would not deter us from staying there again.
