I was bit all over my body in my bed. I went to the office. They said someone would call me and it’s been 24 hours. They made it seem like it was such a big deal but yet no call. Let’s just hope my house doesn’t get infested with bed bugs. So overall my stay sucked and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody based on managements lack of calling me back and me being bit. I booked a room for the 21st but I chose another hotel since I couldn’t even get a call back. I’ll never stay there again after this experience.

Pros: Almost everything.................
Cons: The restaurant let me down two out of the three times we ate there....Not the breakfasts or evening hors d'oeuvres, just two lunches out of three...
Loved the location in Denver, Colorado...Close to everything....Loved Loved Loved the concierge, RICH, he treated me like a queen, plus went out of his way to make SURE we were happy....I have NEVER had such great treatment, even though I was a pain in so many ways.....I was treated with respect....Yes, I would go back there if RICH was still the concierge.......

3 star hotel st best

No fan in bathroom. Free WiFi was very poor. Required to pay $10 or $15 a day for real WiFi for anything other than basic google searching. Valet parking ($49 a day) was very slow. Their message system did not work to retrieve the car. Always had to go down, tell the attendant we wanted the car, and then wait for them to find and bring the car around. Food was great but at $15 for continental or $23 for continental with egg was quite high. Last day we simply ordered coffee and toast (toast $2). But got warm bread with butter on it. Had the waitress show the actual Director of Food Services the bread. The waitress came back and offered more toast or credit for the bread. The “Director” (in a gray suit) didn’t bother to see us but simply walked away - some “Director” who needs to directed off the property. The hotel was clean but nothing special at all. Would not stay there again.

Great downtown location.

Pros: Not so much about the hotel but all the one-way roads you have to deal with just to find it! lol.
Location: Great restaurants and bars near by. A little more homeless folks around the neighborhood than expected, but they did not approach us in anyway.
As expected, more of a business location hotel. Very clean, great gym facility, Great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to I-25 and I-70.

Great location in downtown Denver

Booked this hotel for 2 nights for my husband and 3 children and I. The hotel could do some renovations in the bathrooms for they look a bit outdated. The room was not too clean but not so bad as to not want to go back there. They just need to supervise the maids to make sure they do their job correctly. The staff is super nice and polite.

Nice Hotel, but a little outdated

Pros: The staff were excellent. I cannot say a negative word about them.
Cons: UPDATE THE ROOMS! I almost expected to see linoleum on the bathroom floor, it was that bad.
Location: 16th Street Mall is nearby which is very entertaining.
The staff and cleanliness of the hotel were very pleasing. However, for the price of the room (almost $300 a night) the rooms were very outdated. The room design and bathrooms were outdated, ie. bathroom that you have to almost step in the BATHTUB to close the door or to get in the bathtub for a shower. Linens were nice, room was clean, and it was convenient to 16th Mall.

Nice enough

This hotel is conveniently located downtown. The overnight parking is $37! Very expensive compared to $25 at most downtown hotels. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable. The bathroom could be s bit larger for the room price.

This hotel made me very comfortable

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: wish the room had root sports available
The staff from the time we drove up to Valet, to check in, and any questions we had were answered in a timely and professional way. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Denver and would not mind staying at the same place again, whenever I do make another trip out to Denver.
