Some parts of the hotel were being overhauled. Other than a twisty walk to reach the front desk (with staff help and painted floor lines to show the way), we had an excellent stay. No construction noise at all.

The hotel is well situated and beautifully kept. The room was comfortable with a fun theme for each floor. The room comes with a fridge, safe, and coffee maker...but only shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap in the bathroom. No shower cap, no q-tips. A very young and hip vibe.

There was a big storm and the entire roof gave out and when I returned to my room there were leaks everywhere. They gave me another room but it was definitely messy.
