Hotel was over booked and the room we purchased from Travelocity was not available. The hotel booked us 2 rooms instead but we only wanted one. They gave us a smaller room but insisted that we pay the premium room price becauae the second room was free. We argued that we did not want the second room and to discount the smaller room but they would not budge on the price! Stupid reasoning !

Good location after arriving late at Denver airport and heading to the mountains the next day. Much cheaper than staying very close to airport.

Hotel was conveniently located. Close to restaurants and other conviences. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was breakfast left a lot to be desired. We always try to book a place that includes breakfast, I had high hopes but selection was limited and bland. Took two bites I was done, for me not to eat is saying something . However most importantly rooms were clean and hotel was in safe location. Thank you!

When we made the reservation we were told this motel had shuttle to the airport, when, in fact there was none. I questioned the clerk and she said, "well, when you call the 800 number, they don't always know." It cost me an extra $50.00 to get an uber tfrom and to the airport. NOT HAPPY!

The staff were all great. The hotel was going through renovations during our stay. A contractor asked to come into our room to measure the window. We let him so it wasn’t a big deal. I wonder if he would have admitted himself if we weren’t there. Creepy! Still, overall the hotel was nice. Nicer after all renovations.
