There qas only a small selection to sut outside but there was no reentry in any of the doors. We had to walk all the way around to get back in the hotel.

Elevators were down for the whole day. The family had to go down the stairs from the 10th floor since 1 of the elevators were working out of 5. No one ever said anything to us from the start and we waited to get any word back when the elevator was up and running until later that day And we had to pay extra for parking in the beginning of the stay and when we left.

Loved the pool , hot tub , and lobby! Rooms were clean.. .. bed was a little hard for us and windows need blackout drapes.. but we loved the view and the whole experience overall. Price was great also.. will stay again..

View is awesome. Waited in line for 1 hour just to check in. I was never told i will be charged $15 per day till i was checking out that is when i was told by the guy. We have been going to Gatlinburg for 9 years now. Hotel is 10mins drive to downtown Gatlinburg, even though the hotel website says you can walk to downtown. First you pay Hilton $15 parking daily, then you go park in downtown and pay $20 parking. Not Walkable like the website says it is.

They charge 15 for parking each day. They also are nor responsible for any loose or damaged at the parking lot. There was not water the first day. Any toilet was working, the manager said he can't do anything about it. That's it. And If I need to use the bathroom I can go to downtown. They fix the water later that night. The water was brown. We couldn't take shower. We had not bathroom available for hours.
