They have a tiny mini cooler in the room instead of a mini fridge and charged $25 for a microwave per night. They ran out of microwaves during my stay and did not have any microwaves available in the entire property. I had to throw away most of my food.

The air conditioning in my room stopped working. The front desk staff blew me off and said 'they were working on it'. They were unconcerned and very unhelpful. I had a miserable night without air conditioning.
