The TV did not work. The cable was loose and had a bad connection. At 2:00 pm there was no one available to make the repair. Soon after I realized the remote control didn’t work. It only needed batteries but there none at customer service desk. The clerk said she would take care of the issue but when I checked out at 8:30 am the batteries hadn’t been delivered to the room.

My only draw back was my room had a faint smell of pee, and the pool temperature gauge was broken so my kids couldn't enjoy the pool it was too cold. Other then that a pleasant stay. But more then likely will not try again next time we're in town.

We have stayed here every time we visit Charlotte

Pros: Location, value, and comfort.staff is always pleasant and helpful
Cons: Weekend breakfast could start sooner than 7:00AM . That is only complaint
Location: Visiting family,shopping and restraurants.

got more than I was expecting; will definitely stay with Residence Inn again.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, great staff!
loved the price I got, the location was perfect, bed was comfy. Place was really clean, and I liked having the breakfast included. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly.
