Checked out of the hotel at 3:00 AM due to the AC not working in the room. When I told the person upfront their response was that stinks. I’m extremely disappointed. Was a complete waste of money. We were only there for 6 hours

We booked a king size bed and we got a queen. My husband is a tall person and it was a bit of a tight fit. Our bed also had someones hair on it. We only had one trash can in our room and it was in our bathroom. There was a noticeably brown mark on the wall right by the toilet paper and the toilet paper rubbed against it when rolling. As for the staff they were nice. But the systems were very slow so it was a timely check in.
