It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

Food options were very limited, even for kids there weren’t much activities, the zip line was not working, the buffet food wasn’t great. The hot tubs were only for infinity members which wasn’t disclosed before. And the staff was very limited to Spanish language.

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star, but felt like a 1 star. I’ll start with the positive… The staff was friendly, and overall helpful. The facilities are old, and falling apart. The walls had concrete showing, mold and worn down in all the common areas. None of the activities advertised were working. The mini golf and zip line were broken. The room smelled of mold, and sitting water. The food at the buffet tasted like it was all frozen, and reheated. The restaurant’s were a touch better but well below expectations. The restaurants were first come first serve and it took generally at least an hour to be seated, and another hour to get your food after ordering. The children’s facilities were cute, but dated… the kids club was small, and appeared to cater more towards young 5 and under kids. The beach area had minimal seating, and if you didn’t go at the crack of dawn you weren’t getting a lounge chair. Overall we were very disappointed in the amenities and facility… would not recommend to stay here for any price, you are better off at a motel where you get what you paid for. Be careful, the pictures that are online are misleading, and must be at least 20-30 years old! Nothing looks as advertised.
