The name of the property is Brisas on the Internet have wrong advertisement we couldn’t find the property we had blackout no light no water also the apartment 104 had no hot water for three days also doors had no locks The lady that see over the room bring a stick for the door it was very sad

Martin, just a few things, the front door knob needs to be replaced. I contacted maintenance but they looked at it and never came back. The back sliding door lock if moved unlatches. Housekeeping only came once in 10 days. The rest was just fine. Thanks

Great apartment, but far from everything

The apartment is great (same as the pictures), but the location that is showing while you book it is not the correct one - the apartment is 10 km away from that. So you are not close to the night life/restautants at all if you are going there to enjoy that. There are buses you can use to get around. The hosts are great, but because the location shown is misleading I am giving it 3 stars. It needs to be fix to actually show where you will be staying while you book this place.

What a View!

Short but sweet trip at Brisas! Lovely apartment with a great view! (exactly like the pictures), Martin (& Lupita) was a great host, very welcoming and kind. He was on hand to help with anything we needed. Location was bit further than expected - however there is access to buses and taxi pretty much right at your doorstep so it was very easy to get to local hotspots. Would highly recommend!

Práctico.

En gral todo muy bien, en cuanto a ubicación esta en el km 19.5, y no km 3.5 como dice el anuncio, en cuanto a mi llegada me tardaron en dejar entrar xq los vigilantes no tenían la confirmación de mi reservación, lo bueno que llevaba el comprobante de pago impreso sino más minutos en espera de que nos dejaran pasar, respecto del cuarto en si se me hizo muy práctico y bonito.
