Being the fact that the bus is not available for this location, it's great they have transportation to shopping and the beach. It makes it a lot easier to catch a bus to other locations. The driver Christian is very nice and knowledgeable. Hotel staff are very friendly especially Fabiola. I would definitely go back

The number that it shows in the reservation NO ONE answers the phone and I need to talk to the receptionist trying to find a shuttle to take me to the hotel. You need to provide a real number so the hotel can answer

The property was perfectly fine. Saying the property is in the Hotel Zone is a bit of a stretch in my opinion. There is a reason it is fairly inexpensive vs. other Hotel Zone spots. It is kind of off the beaten path with no water access. The staff is awesome! Breakfast is a little disappointing.

Very affordable, very comfortable rooms, but not a heck of a lot to do on-site or in the immediate surrounding area that you could walk to, really need a car or shuttle to get to anything.

Great modern hotel clean and awesome breakfast free. Didn't like that it was far from everything so you need a car to get around.
