The room was not clean upon arrival, with hair, stained sheets, and mold in several areas. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping did not respond promptly, and the room was not serviced. No one picks up the phone. At 10pm when came back to the room, I was given 2 sheets and dustpan and had to clean the room and change to sheets myself. Even after speaking with the General Manager, service during the stay was inconsistent, with missed cleaning details and missing amenities. Breakfast was acceptable for the price, and the scheduled shuttle service was convenient. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Chegamos às 20h, tinha fila para o check-in e somente um atendente. O mesmo tinha acontecido 16 dias antes, no mesmo horário, quando também me hospedei, então não foi um caso isolado. O check-in é demorado (10-15 minutos), então a fila não anda. Me deram um quarto com ar condicionado fazendo barulho alto, então voltei ao balcão menos de 5 minutos depois, falei do problema e disse que precisava de outro quarto. O atendente disse para eu entrar novamente na fila. O restaurante do hotel estava prestes a fechar e eu não conseguiria jantar com a minha família se ficasse na fila novamente. Isso causaria um transtorno enorme porque estávamos exaustos e queríamos apenas comer e dormir para voltar ao Brasil no dia seguinte. Pedi para falar com o gerente e o atendente disse que não havia nenhum no hotel ou disponível por telefone. Insisti, expliquei a situação e o atendente disse que só me atenderia se o próximo cliente da fila permitisse, causando constrangimento, o que achei absurdo. Mas a pessoa permitiu (reclamando) e fui atendido. Foram 3 minutos e eu estava com a nova chave. Resumindo, a experiência de check-in é péssima e o atendente despreparado. Há quartos com problema no ventilador do ar condicionado, fazendo um barulho muito alto. O ventilador do balcão de atendimento tinha esse mesmo barulho alto. O restaurante (bar) do hotel tem comida muito boa e o tamanho do quarto é bom, mas a experiência de check-in causa stress e frustração indesejados para quem está de férias.

We stayed one night. The room was great, clean, spacious and nice furnishings. The location is remote and not near the rest of the hotel zone or amenities. The pool was small. The breakfast was basic.

Great hotel for famines with kids. Rooms with two bedrooms are perfect for kids. If you’re a couple with no kids, this hotel is not for you. No real restaurants, need to Uber to get something to eat. Breakfast was just okay. Rooms are fairly dated and balconies are super small.

Great location and worth every penny. We rented a car so driving to the beaches in the cancun hotel zone was easy. The hotel does have a shuttle that takes you to dolphin (delphine) beach. For the price Residence Inn is super conviently located. It has a fully equipped kitchen so great. Full size fridge as well. Roof top bar and pool is amazing too .

Room was cleaned, BUT when we entered to the room, need to call service because toilet was with some papers in During our stay, we need to call for a simple shampoo refill. Personnel never review available amounts for toiletries Room in general was clean Breakfast was good with many options. Scramble eggs are terrible. Taste like plastic and felt like synthetic eggs Location of the premises are fine for 1-2 days max specially because are closer to the airport. However, you must have a rental car to conmute to every place or need to spend a lot of money calling Uber Services Personnel at the front desk was friendly and attentive

Room was in good condition. However the staff that checked us in at midnight wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast was poorly managed, coffee machines had run out of water, food was not promptly replenished, and language is a huge problem with the staff. Front desk was helpful though.

The hotel was very understaffed on arrival, had to wait in line a long time as there was only one person at reception to check-in guests and manage the hotel snack store. The list of amenities includes a restaurant, there is an outdoor pool bar but it's no restaurant. Service was very very slow, they didn't even bring drinks until they brought some food about 30 minutes in. Room was good, included breakfast was fine.

We had a good experience at this hotel. We chose it due to the proximity to the airport as it was to be for one night only after a weeklong stay further south. Due to a flight cancellation, we were fortunate the hotel could accommodate us for a 2nd night at such a busy time. Andrea C. at reception was very helpful and ensured our needs were met for the extra night. He was polite and efficient. He also went above and beyond to help us with a lost item, which helped make our journey home more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. All staff were friendly and welcoming - the rooftop bar and breakfast bar servers, security personnel and hospitality teams. The rooftop pools were clean. More shade could be provided for the kids area but otherwise we enjoyed the last bit of sunshine before our trip home. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel.

Fantastic experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Cancun. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great bonus. Breakfast was fresh with good variety, and the location was convenient and quiet. Excellent value and service—would definitely stay here again!
